1. Where do you deliver?
Florizm currently delivers across major cities in Zimbabwe, including Harare, Bulawayo, Gweru, Mutare, and Chitungwiza.
We also deliver to selected surrounding towns and can assist with custom delivery requests.
2. Do you offer same-day delivery?
Yes, same-day delivery is available for orders placed before 12 PM in major urban areas such as Harare.
Orders received after 12 PM will be delivered the following day.
3. Do you charge for delivery?
No, Florizm offers free delivery on all orders within our service areas.
For remote locations, we will confirm any additional fees before processing your order.
4. How do I place an order?
You can place an order directly through our website at florizm.com, via WhatsApp, or on our official social media pages.
Simply choose your bouquet or gift, add it to your cart, and follow the checkout steps.
5. Can I create a custom bouquet or gift?
Absolutely. Our Custom Order option allows you to design a bouquet or gift box that suits your preferences.
Choose your flowers, wrapping, and add-ons — and we’ll make it exactly how you envision it.
6. How do I pay for my order?
We accept the following payment methods:
EcoCash and OneMoney
Bank transfer
USD cash payments (on request)
PayPal (for international customers)
Payment confirmation is required before we begin processing your order.
7. Can I send flowers anonymously?
Yes. If you prefer to remain anonymous, simply let us know during checkout or when placing your order.
We’ll deliver your gift without including your name or contact details.
8. What if the recipient is not available during delivery?
Our driver will attempt to contact the recipient to arrange redelivery or collection.
If delivery cannot be completed, we will contact you to coordinate an alternative solution.
9. What happens if a specific flower is unavailable?
In the event that a particular flower or item is unavailable, we will substitute it with one of equal or greater value.
We always maintain the same style, color palette, and overall design of your chosen product.
10. Do you deliver on Sundays or public holidays?
We generally deliver Monday to Saturday.
Sunday and public holiday deliveries are available only for pre-booked or special event orders.
