Payments & Orders

All orders placed on florizm.com are confirmed via email or WhatsApp once payment has been received. For custom designs, a digital proof or reference photo will be shared before your order is prepared.

Orders can be placed directly through our website, social media channels, or WhatsApp.

We currently accept the following payment methods:

• EcoCash and OneMoney

• Bank transfer (local and international)

• USD cash payments (on request)

• PayPal (international customers)
  

All payments must be confirmed before an order is processed.
For corporate or event orders, partial deposits may be arranged in advance.

Please ensure the recipient’s name, contact number, and address are correct.
If the recipient is unavailable at the time of delivery, our driver will contact them to arrange redelivery or collection.
